Having lived across the Middle East, Europe, and North America, she reflects on the emotional toll of constant relocation and the elusive promise of belonging.
Set against the backdrop of rising global injustices, the narrative explores how her attempt to integrate into life in the United States becomes entangled with the weight of collective trauma. Through memories that span from childhood to the present, Azadeh offers a poignant reflection on identity, displacement, and resilience—culminating in a universal reflection that invites connection and recognition from every audience member.
